The treadmill comes with remote control to turn on/off with speed adjustment and adjust speed from 0.6 to about 4 mph. It does not incline by using remote control. However the height can be adjusted slightly through the bottom treadmill manually. It is small compact size to store in my backyard or storage and fits perfectly in my living room for indoor exercise and easy to move around with wheels without carrying it.
It is easy to use and does the job for the exercise.

I kept seeing this walking pad on social media and was curious. When it went on sale I purchased and have been really happy with it. It's easy to move around since one side has wheels. The remote feature is awesome, so you can adjust speed when you need to. I haven't tried jogging on it yet, but it is very stable and the speed gets up to a pretty brisk pace. The only improvement I could think of would be a longer cord. I'm currently using an extension cord so that I can use my walking pad while watching TV.
