Checkout Steps

Step 1: Select your desired color and style. Click "Buy with Shop Pay" or choose another payment option.
Step 2: Enter your details, including your email and shipping information. If preferred, you can opt for pickup from our CA warehouse. Then, proceed to shipping.
Step 3: Review your shipping details. Click "Continue to Payment," select your payment method, and then click "Pay Now."
If your payment by credit card is denied at checkout, it might be due to our system's defense against potential credit card fraud. To avoid this, consider calling your credit card company or bank in advance to inform them about the purchase.
If you encounter this issue, here are three solutions:

If you have a PayPal account, try paying through PayPal.

Use a different credit or debit card.

If you don't have a PayPal account, select PayPal at the checkout page and click the "Complete Order" button. You'll be redirected to a page where you can choose either PayPal or Debit/Credit card payment. For the latter, you won't need to register for PayPal.
Step 1: Select PayPal at checkout, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Step 2: Click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."
Step 3: Fill in your credit card information and complete your order.
Credit Card Payment Failed
If your credit card payment failed, please follow these instructions:

Contact your card issuer to confirm the payment failure, or try using a different card.

Ensure that the credit card number, expiration date, and other details entered are correct.

Check if your credit card has reached its limit (insufficient funds).

Verify that your credit card number is valid.

Make sure the verification information entered is correct.

Contact your card issuer to confirm whether cross-border transactions are allowed and if there are any limits on the transaction amount.
